TASKS
- You lead software developers who work in several agile teams with different technology stacks.
- You promote the team members in their personal development and support them in decision-making and change processes as well as in problem solving.
- You support the talent search in the software area as well as onboarding.
- In addition, you promote cross-team exchange and support the communication of company information and management decisions.
QUALIFICATION
- Several years of practical experience in staff management
- A high level of empathy and very good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the methods used and the prevailing working environments in the software development area
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
