Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP CFIN analyst to join our client and work in Cracow for one of the most influential companies in the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Root cause analysis of incidents
• Providing workaround / permanent solution
• Testing of changes
• Supporting users in executing UAT
• Design and documentation
• Timely closure of tickets
• Working to reduce the incidents on periodic basis
• Working with SAP to get product issues resolution

• Good understanding of the FICO functional  process and hands on experience in handling configuration and enhancement. Finance processes include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Intercompany matching and reconciliation, credit management, central collections and payments, margin accounting / margin analysis, document compliance and reporting, liquidity forecasting, profitability analysis, closing cockpit
• At least 1 AMS experience either in ECC or S/4 HANA or Central finance – handling L1 or L2 or L3 support
• Exposure to Error Correction Handling (AIF), Central Finance Data Interface, Business Mapping
• Either certified in S/4HANA Finance or working / experience on S/4HANA based project with Finance as a primary module or an AMS engagement
• Knowledge of ticket lifecycle based on ITIL V3
• Has Integration knowledge with other modules and systems – SLT, SAP BODS, B/W4HANA, SAP SAC, SAP DCR, SAP PAPM etc.
• Fluent in English / Polish. Any other European language (e.g. German, Spanish, French) would be an added advantage
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in different time zones
