As a Junior Business Development Specialist, you will collaborate with our team in all stages of business development from research, analysis, reaching out and qualifying leads. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our business channels.
Role & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to develop and execute tasks and market strategies
Prospecting and building a sales pipeline for acquiring strategic new clients
Cold calling
Identify possible Business leads based on own market research and company’s strategic initiatives
Generate leads by using a channel mix and a proactive approach (LinkedIn, e-mailing, ...)
Client account management, working closely with the Recruitment team
Open to attending networking events on the company’s behalf
Profound experience in driving a high volume of various outbound activities communicating the business impact of a portfolio solution
Motivation and eagerness to learn and develop new skills and learn new technologies
