Skill (Primary) DWP-UMC-MS Exchange
Mandatory skills/Technical knowledge required:
- 3rd or + level support experience.
- On Prem Exchange.
- Microsoft Exchange online and on-premises including adaptive systems such as Skype, Teams, UMS
- Microsoft Exchange, AD and online services
- Windows server deployment
- ITIL-compliant processing of changes and incidents
- Procedures and methods of server deployment B8
- Specialist know-how in web & On prem Database.
- Flexible to work on Weekend and on call.
- Good to have knowledge on O365 environment
About the role
Requirements:
"Order processing and incident processing in the Windows Messaging environment
The following services are to be provided by the contractor independently and independently within the framework of the requirements in accordance with the FI-TS specifications with regard to time, budget and quality:
• Administration and operation of web database and messaging environments while avoiding escalations according to the parameters stored in the respective system/tool
• Analysis, planning, provision and migration of web database and messaging environments according to project or order specifications and the technical quality features/requirements of the 75064 Messaging Collaboration department according to the provision times specified in the order.
• Creation of documentation as part of the planning and migration according to FI-TS specifications
• Third- and second-level troubleshooting for web database and messaging solutions in accordance with the defined incident/problem management process"
