What would be your main responsibilities?

Description of services: Project support during the introduction, migration and updating of customer applications under application of the concepts and standards of the FI-TS

• Application operation support when running customer applications in the Kubernetes cloud (FI-TS) using the concepts and standards of the FI-TS

• Increasing the degree of automation for your own deployments or in combination with services provided by other FI-TS internal units

• Creation and maintenance of the operating documentation

• Carrying out proactive coordination with customers, suppliers and departments of the FI-TS

• Independent planning, technical advice and implementation to automate operational, test and change processes and application monitoring

• Participation in the creation of a monitor concept and implementation and continuous improvement

• Support in the change and release process customer applications

• The service will be charged at cost

The use of the services takes place via e-mail or by phone or through joint meetings. On site at FI TS or remotely.

Skills / Qualifications: It can be proven that you have several years of experience in the company,

as well as the migration, the construction, the debugging, the deployment automation, change management as well as the operational launch and stabilization of banking applications such as core banking systems and online banking applications specifically for micro services in the Kubernetes environment.

• Knowledge of dealing with dependencies in complex system architectures and network infrastructure

• Knowledge of change, structure and rollout of applications in the DevOps environment

• Process knowledge according to ITIL and its implementation

• German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Monitoring, automation and optimization of operations

• Structured working looking for an operating microservices on a K8s platform in the cloud environment of experienced know-how carriers

• Banking environment or comparable are required

The activity does not consist in the development and implementation of micro services, however, existence of relevant experience with and that associated tool set helpful. Experiences in the regulated.

The role is a freelancing based, initialy for a 6-month with possibilty of extension. Working type model would be hybrid, with 3 days a week in the office, 2 home office in Frankfurt, Germany. Willingness to be on call and on weekends.
